
Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all bookings and services provided by Elysium Travel Solutions doing business as Transcend Journeys (hereinafter referred to as ‘Transcend,’ ‘the company,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’).
By making a booking or engaging our services, you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these terms. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, customer service, or any other platform.
2. Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from the Company, which may include email notification.
- All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking if there are issues with availability, pricing errors, or force majeure events.
2.2 Customer Responsibility
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to names, passport details, and travel preferences at the time of booking.
- Any discrepancies may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the booking.
2.3 Special Requests
- Any special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room type, etc.) made at the time of booking are subject to availability.
- These requests are not guaranteed by the Company unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
Payments for bookings can be made via credit cards and wire transfers. Transcend reserves the right to change the payment methods available at its discretion.
3.2 Payment Deadlines
- At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm the land and internal airfare arrangements.
- The balance is due 60 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3 Currency
Payments made in India will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees), and payments made from the United States will be processed in USD (U.S. Dollars), unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Non-Payment
If full payment is not received by the specified deadline, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge the Customer for any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in Section 4.
4. Cancellation Terms
4.1 Customer Cancellation
If the Customer cancels a booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 75–60 days prior to tour commencement: 50% of total tour value
- 59–30 days prior to tour commencement: 75% of total tour value
- Less than 30 days prior to tour commencement: 100% of total tour value
4.2 Company Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time before or during the trip for reasons including, but not limited to, force majeure events, or if the Customer fails to meet the required payment terms.In the event of a cancellation by the Company, the Customer will be refunded the full amount paid, minus any non-refundable third-party service fees.
4.3 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as airline tickets, insurance, and other third-party bookings may be non-refundable. The Company will inform the Customer of any non-refundable services at the time of booking.
5. Modifications to Bookings
5.1 Customer Request for Modifications
If the Customer wishes to modify the booking (e.g., change dates or destination), a modification fee may apply after two modifications, in addition to any charges imposed by third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
5.2 Company Modifications
The Company reserves the right to make modifications to a booking in the event of operational difficulties or force majeure situations, and will provide the Customer with alternatives or a full refund if the modification is not acceptable to the Customer.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 Company’s Responsibility
- The Company is responsible for providing the services and products as described in the booking confirmation, subject to availability and force majeure events.
- However, we are not responsible for:
- Loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or theft.
- Services provided by third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, ground transportation).
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to flight schedules, hotel accommodations, or other services beyond our control.
6.2 Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, strikes, civil commotion, or global pandemics.
7. Binding Terms and Arbitration
7.1 Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer. By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms, which supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to its interpretation, performance, or breach, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable of the Government of India.
7.3 Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and the Customer hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
8. Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal data provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing the booking and providing services and will be stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and by continuing to use the services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the updated terms.

Acknowledgment of Terms
